Hunter Interests is exhibiting and Mr. Hunter is speaking at the APA, IDA, and IEDC annual conferences this year.

Mr. Hunter was appointed Dean of the School of Economic Development at ICSC’s University of Shopping Centers, at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hunter will also be teaching a course on Reviving Central City Business Districts.

Hunter Interests recently received the Merit Award for Planning from the prestigious International Downtown Association for our Downtown Tampa Vision and Action Program, which was completed for the Tampa Downtown Partnership and the City of Tampa.

Mr. Hunter authored articles for ULI’s Urban Land magazine, the IDA news letter, and Economic Development Commentary magazine. He also wrote a chapter on “One of a Kind” Regional Attractions in the recently published book, Making Business Districts Work.

In recognition of his long service on the Boards of Directors of CUED and IEDC, Mr. Hunter was selected to be a Fellow Member (FM) of the International Economic Development Council.
